The three, R. A. Fisher, S. Wright, and Haldane, worked on the classic, but unidentified, the mathematics for studying how genetic evolution changes from generation to generation.

Assumptions

  1. Generations do not overlap. Generation A procreates and dies off after generation B is born.
  2. The species reproduces sexually.
  3. There are not distinct genders.
  4. The population is so large is can be considered infinite
  5. Mating is completely random.
  6. Expectations can be added and divided with impunity.
